An Exam Scope determines what kind of exam is being recorded (OB, GYN, Fetal Diagnostics), whether a fetus is part of the exam, what screens should be presented to the user and in which order they should appear. This means that the user navigates through the minimum number of screens necessary for each exam and in an order that is convenient for their work flow. All fetal biometric measurements are user definable. Derivations or Ratios may also be defined and based on any user specified measurements. Ratios such as HC/AC and Estimated Fetal Weights are examples of the calculated values that can be defined. There are numerous user definable check box lists. There are also comment sections throughout the program. Like OBSERVER 5, all comment sections have available “Canned Comments” that can be selected with the double click of a mouse. The use of check box lists, radio buttons and canned comments allow the user to quickly finish an exam.
