OBSERVER has not been aggressively marketed using the normal direct mail or cold selling techniques. We have sustained very solid growth by the best marketing tool that is available to any company, which is word of mouth. We encourage potential customers to contact our long standing users. The vast majority of our sales have come as a direct result of our existing users (many of whom are very well known, highly respected perinatologists) actively encouraging their friends and associates to invest in an OBSERVER system. They have experienced the value of owning an OBSERVER system and also how responsive we are to their needs. Purchasing OBSERVER is an investment, not an expense. There are other reporting systems available but when it comes down to actually eliminating the cost and time associated with transcription, most of them fall well short of the mark. We are the product by which our competition is judged!
