OBSERVER 7 Allows You To Design Your Own Ultraound Program:
Completely customizable, the User determines what kind of exam is being recorded (OB, GYN, or Fetal Diagnostics), whether a fetus is part of the exam, which screens are seen and the order in which they appear. Designed to minimize the number of screens necessary for each exam.
All fetal biometric measurements are user definable including the labels that appear on screen and in your reports. The number of decimal places, cm or mm, calculated GA (or not), percentiles, any calculation author and any table, include or not in the Average Gestational Age by default, valid value ranges and whether it should be printed.
Ratios such as HC/AC and Estimated Fetal Weights are examples of the calculated values that can be defined. Almost all aspects of the anatomy may be customized to your liking. Initially main structures are configured, such as the HEAD or HEART and then the details within those structures are specified. It is then possible to indicate each of these items as Normal, Abnormal, Visualized, Not Evaluated or if it should be excluded from or included in a report. An extensive use of ‘Canned Comment” enables the user to quickly add a frequently used comment to an exam, ensuring consistency in reporting. Anomaly and Anatomy comments and the associated text are all customized by the user. Say it your way!
