Our philosophy is that customer data is a truly valuable resource and we encourage the customer to fully utilize it. OBSERVER includes a Crystal Reports® Runtime. Crystal Reports is an extremely powerful and industry leading database querying application. Reports can be created by anyone with a Crystal Reports development version and can be freely distributed to all users in the system. Reports may even be shared between other sites if there is a need for a collaborative effort. All data that has been entered in the system can be accessed and exported in a wide variety of formats. At Vision Chips, we have a large library of sample reports that we have created and are available to any customer that wants them. Many of our sites are prominent academic hospitals that regularly publish papers so Crystal Reporting is a critical component in the system.
